Soul Profits is the inspired collaboration of Candy Phelps and Jess Parvin, two creative entrepreneurs whose paths first crossed in 2015 when Candy hired Jess as a freelance designer and developer for her company, 1 Day Works. Over the years, their businesses evolved in different directions, but they remained connected through a shared passion for purpose-driven entrepreneurship. In 2024, they began co-creating fun, expansive, soulful experiences for women entrepreneurs. From their first 1 Day “Money Mindset” Retreat in Wisconsin to a full week-long Retreat in Mexico in 2025, they are committed to supporting woman who want MORE out of their life & work than the status-quo.
Jess Parvin
Holistic Business + Purpose Coach / Branding Expert
For the past decade+ Jess has worked with hundreds of other Soulpreneurs as a Holistic Business Coach, Brand Strategist and Website Designer. Combining her business experience with a certification as a Soul Purpose & Spiritual Life Coach, she brings a balance of masculine + feminine energy to working with her clients – women building purpose-driven, service-based businesses. Of the many tools she’s employed, her favorite is Human Design, which allows her to go deep with clients immediately to help uncover their full range of talents, subconscious blocks, and unique processes for making decisions and manifesting their goals. Pairing this essential mindset work with aligned, practical strategy is Jess’ secret sauce.

Candy Phelps is the founder of Bizzy Bizzy, a Madison, WI-based creative agency. As a business consultant and strategist for the past 15 years, her clients have included Fortune 500 companies, major nonprofit organizations and hundreds of small businesses and startups. Candy is the author of two books: “Grow Your SEO” and “1 Day® Website.” She is a regular speaker and presenter on the topics of WordPress web design, branding, search engine optimization, productivity and digital marketing. Candy is an “entreprenerd” to the core, and loves nothing more than helping other entrepreneurs achieve their dreams of working for themselves, growing a successful business and living a life that they love.
